Protect Your Student’s Device from Accidental Damage

Here’s the reality: kids break devices.
At some point this year, your student’s device will likely get dropped, cracked, or stop working.

If you don’t have protection, most schools require families to cover full device replacement costs or repair fees (up to $750).

Your school is excited to partner with Secured Tech to offer an optional device protection plan.

This coverage helps protect your student-issued device from out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs due to accidental damage—giving you affordable coverage and peace of mind all year long.

Cost: $30 per device

You pay a one-time fee and this covers the student's device for the entire 2026-27 school year.

What This Covers

  • Drops: Resulting in cracked screens/ broken internal parts
  • Liquids: Spills, splashes, or full immersion
  • Theft: With proof of police report.
  • Accidental Damage: Outside of wear from normal use
*Damage that occurred before ADP plan was purchased will not be covered.

Important Notes

  • This protection will cover your student’s device(s) through July 31, 2027.
  • Damage that occurred before ADP plan was purchased will not be covered.
  • Students must adhere to their school’s acceptable usage policy for coverage to apply.
  • Protection Exclusions: Intentional damage, chargers, protective cases, headphones, and lost devices are not covered.
    • For example, when protective cases are provided, they must be on the device at the time of damage for the coverage to apply. 

What happens if something breaks?

  • Turn the device in through the school.
  • The school coordinates repair with Secured Tech.
